Executive Chef Tyler DeGroff has always had a heart for local food and supporting local neighborhood farms. He understands that ingredients are inseparable with the season. His dishes create a balance of seasonable and local components while invoking vivid and delicious flavors from all over the world.
Tyler was born and raised in Schoharie County. He left for 10 years to work and study in Albany with Ric Orlando at New World Bistro Bar. He has since returned with his wife and two young sons and lives in Middleburgh, New York.
